Honoring The Brave & Team River Runner

Honoring The Brave is a Non For Profit group that Honors Veterans and First Responders once a month! It is our way of showing respect and giving thanks for what our Military and First Responders do for us on a daily basis. Come join us or tell someone who might benefit from this. All events end with a delicious lunch. This is a small token to show how much we love and respect what you do. Enjoy a FREE day of fishing, kayaking, or stand up paddle (SUP) boarding. The Veteran Garden Project is a grass root nonprofit community service project inspired and started by a local veteran family that offers opportunities for veterans and families to heal through nature by getting outdoors, connecting with community, learn sustainable living practices, and the skills grow and harvest food while bringing awareness and finding solutions to local food scarcity and environmental challenges.

Every warrior has a next mission. We know that the transition to civilian life is a journey. And for every warrior, family member, and caregiver, that journey looks different. We are here for their first step, and each step that follows. Because we believe that every warrior should have a positive future to look forward to. There’s always another goal to achieve, another mission to discover. We are their partner in that mission.

The Frontyard Fisherman's Mission is to take any and every person that can't afford a charter, doesn't have access to a boat, or has never been fishing out and introduce them to the water FREE of charge! I am not a charter, nor do I ask for payment. Every person deserves the opportunity to catch a fish they have never seen or normally wouldn't have access to. I'm not a rich man, nor do I have the nicest gear, but what I do have is free for anyone as long as I'm on the water, too!
